Four Persons Arrested After ATM Robbery

April 24, 2008 – Four suspects, Jose Rivera, 20, Josue Stella, 21, Nelson Diaz, 22, and Luis Trinidad, 21, have been taken into custody after robbing an ATM and shooting at a deputy. They were located at a home on Easy Street in the Renee Terrace subdivision in Kissimmee.

Kissimmee police said an Osceola County sheriff’s deputy responded to a report of shots fired around Vine Street and Emory. While standing in an open field, the deputy saw a person fire a shot over a fence and try to flee with several other people in a car.

One of the suspects was injured by a K-9 and taken to the hospital. The K-9 also recovered a handgun from the scene. All four suspects were charged with attempted murder of a law enforcement officer.
