  • Evelyn

our community has a lot of children and teenagers who can benefit from it , they can have some kind of swimming class scheduled . there aren’t many things to do with and for your children here near by as a family this would bring the families of the communities closer too . so we can grow as a people .

    Thank you,

  • Solomon

yes a pool sounds good, it would help the association as well, since above ground pools is an ongoing issue, it would provide additional jobs in the community, it can provide swimming classes for kids, it would increase funds for the community since many have to travel far and pay to use other communtiy pools.

I am new to this community, my old community I will miss due to all the amenties. Recreation center with gym, basketball court, tennis court, pool and a football field. I really feel this community need to be development a little more, there is alot of open land space to have these things here, I am hoping in the near future Poinciana will be a community that have all these amenties for families. Thank You

  • We need many thing in the area.We pay taxes asociation fee between others. But i think that the agency concerns including the asociations are looking to other side.By example.the residents of Lake Marion village 7 are tired to see the dirt, ugly and invisble sign in the main entrance “Welcome to Lake Marion” it is a shame for people tha are paying asociation

  • Christina

Definitely a pool, and gym. There should be lots more to do here to keep all residents occupied and happy.

  • Denise

I think Avatar should’ve included community pools within their communities. Our community has a pretty large sports area with a small playground and basketball court. Granted, the basketball court is usually in use but the soccer/baseball field is rarely used. That would’ve made for a great community pool.

  • it would seem to me that the association needs to go by the addage that a man,s home is his castle. by not making rules that impede a happy home. as long as the property is kept clean and maintained.

it would seem to me that if the association adopts the common sense approach to rules that there would be a lot more responsible home owners living there. the saying that a man.s home is his castle, could reflect light on the decisions made there. if a home owner isn,t strapped too many restrictions. as long as the property is maintained in a clean orderly fashion, and your actions do not impose on your neighbors, then that would attract happy home owners. in turn a happy home owner is an asset to the area.he will likely stay in the house and improve upon it , rather than being unhappy and selling out, which creates a constantant turn over situation.

I would like to also agree with Mr. Jose R. Otero, the signage for Lake Marion Village 7 is deplorable. At night, no one sees the sign because of poor lighting and/or no lighting. A sign should also be made up to be viewed earlier before coming to the exit. The homeowners need to stand up and make this an issue at the community center.
